COMPUTER/PRINTER  MAINTENANCE SERVICES

TDD is your source for worry-free computer operations.  Whether you have a small office with stand alone PC's or a large organization with multiple servers, we will provide you with service that includes trained professional technicians, competitive cost, low down-time and quick response time.  We will also give you answers.  Our staff can provide you with advice to keep your organization up-to-date and your productivity at a maximum.

TDD provides expert On-Site hardware maintenance services for Desktops, Laptops, and Servers. We also service almost all Laser and Dot Matrix Printers.

TRAINED PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS
- Our technicians meet high standards, both in technical knowledge and customer satisfaction.  Certifications from Hewlett Packard, Apple, Macintosh, Compaq, IBM, Lexmark, Epson, Microsoft, Novell and others, assure our customers that we can deliver on our commitment to meet your needs in a timely, knowledgeable manner.  TDD holds training classes in our State-of-the-Art Network Lab to insure our technicians are not only trained in the latest hardware but also software.  This eliminates the need to send different technicians for hardware and software problems.

LOW DOWN TIME  - As a result of their extensive training program, our technicians are able to get you back up and running in a short time.  This saves you 1) on your bill and 2) in the amount of loss productivity due to down-time.

QUICK RESPONSE TIME  - We pride ourselves on quick response time.  For our Contract Customers, we provide a response time of four (4) business hours for PC/Printer calls and a response time of two (2) business hours for Fileservers and Networks.

We can customize your service agreement to meet your needs as we offer contracts ranging from "Full Service" to "As Needed". Our goal is to provide you with Quick Response Time, for Low Downtime, at costs that are within your budget.

Some of the types of maintenance contracts or services TDD offers;

FULL SERVICE  - Maintenance contract on specific pieces of equipment.  Labor, Replacement Parts and Travel are covered along with preventive maintenance service.  We inspect and tag each piece of equipment to enable us to track the service and alert you to problems.

TIME & MATERIALS  - The customer pays a retainer against which time (at an established hourly rate ) and material charges are applied.  (No charge for Travel and the hour begins when the technician arrives at your location.)  Service is not restricted to specific equipment.  Monthly activity statements are sent to you detailing all charges issued.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT  - This contract works like the Time & Materials contract where a retainer is required.  The customer can purchase a block of service hours at a specific rate.  The customer can use this contract for trouble shooting and repairing software problems, installations, or upgrades.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATION  - This contract work like the Time & Materials as well.  The customer can purchase a block of hours, usually a fixed number of hours per month for a Network Engineer to go on location and perform routine network maintenance.  This service includes; purging the server, installing the latest software patches on all systems, updating the  virus patches on all systems and review your environment to keep your network up to date and running at peak performance.

AS NEEDED  - This agreement gives you a response time of six (6) hours.  You will pay a reduced labor rate, parts and a travel charge.  This agreement requires billing of  Net 15 instead for COD.

SPECIALIZED CONTRACTS  - TDD has specialized adaptations of these standard agreements which we will be happy to discuss with you should your maintenance or service needs do not conform to the above situations.

UPGRADES  - TDD can upgrade just about any Computer System with the latest Hardware or Software.  Also, we can upgrade your Printer with More Memory or Add on Options.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE  - For our Full Service Contract Customers it is our policy to perform regular annual preventive service on the equipment covered under the contract  This service is also available to our Time & Material Customers as will as on a "As Needed
