As a Microsoft Certified Partner and Novell Authorized Reseller, our MCSE and  CNE techs specialize in Network Analysis, Design, Support and Installation of Microsoft NT or 2000 and Novell NetWare networks. Our services include: configuring and troubleshooting network servers, installing POP3/SMTP mail servers, configuring proxy servers for firewall protection, cabling your LAN/WAN, and providing high speed access to the Internet.

TDD will also build customized systems and can provide customized solutions for your computers/networks.

Some of the services TDD offers;

SOFTWARE SUPPORT  - As resellers for Microsoft, Novell, Veritas and RedHand, TDD can obtain and install new software or upgrades.  TDD can support many software packages and operating systems.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATION   - This contract works like the Time & Materials as well. The customer can purchase a block of hours, usually a fixed number of hours per month for a Network Engineer to go on location and perform routine network maintenance.  This service includes; purging the server, installing the latest software patches on all systems, updating the virus patches on all systems and review your environment to keep your network up to date and running at peak performance.

CABLING  - TDD will assist you with an analysis of your cabling requirements.  We offer services from installing a patch cable to rewiring your location. All cabling is done by our network staff, we do not subcontract this service.

 TRAINING  - TDD can provide training for Windows NT or 2000 server administration, Novell NetWare Administration, Windows 9x or 2000, Most of all Microsoft Products and most of all the more popular software packages.  However, due to the diversity available, we can not guarantee detailed knowledge of every package.

UPGRADES  - TDD can upgrade just about any Computer System with the latest Hardware or Software.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS  - TDD will review your existing Network Environment and make recommendations as to equipment, operating systems and software to assist you in keeping your network at peak performance and state of the art.

REMOTE ADMINISTRATION  - Some of today's network and/or software problems can be corrected Remotely.  TDD can install software that will allow a TDD System Engineer to trouble shoot and correct network problems remotely.

SPECIALIZED CONTRACTS  - TDD has specialized adaptations of these standard agreements which we will be happy to discuss with you should your maintenance or service needs do not conform to the above situations.

ANTIVIRUS -  TDD strongly recommends a good AntiVirus Strategy company wide.  With the Internet and E-Mail today, it would not be a good idea to surf the web without Virus protection.  TDD will evaluate your environment and make recommendations of reliable AntiVirus Software.  TDD is a member of Symantec Solution Delivery Program as a Symantec Software Partner.
