TDD'S SOFTWARE SUPPORT AGREEMENTS

REGULAR

TDD will provide a Network Systems Engineer at a scheduled time to perform Network Administration tasks to keep your Computer/Network Environment operating at peak performance. The cost will be deducted from your existing Retainer Account at your current hourly rate.

Some of the tasks are detailed below

} Review of Overall Network Environment

} Review of Network Operating System Configuration and Integrity

} Review of Error Logs

} Verify Backup Status

} Update Software Patches

} Performing Critical and Recommended Software Updates

} Update Virus Software Patches and Definitions

} Review of Software Applications running on the Workstations

} Update Software Patches and Virus Definitions on Workstations

} Answer any questions you may have

} Verify the Overall Network is running properly

} Perform any other service that may need to be done
